The Mate signature suites is a freehold development located next to 3 Damansara (formerly known as Tropicana City Mall), Petaling Jaya. What is co-living? There is an honest saying “no property is perfect”. Given that every buyer has your own very specific requirements and objectives in real estate purchase, therefore it’s almost impossible to have a property project that can cater all needs. In this section, I’m happy to share my insights with you, so that you can have a preliminary understanding if The Mate could be the property unit that you are looking for.
(1) Freehold development. Many prefer freehold over leasehold project and it gets rarer to find a freehold unit in the prime residential / business district area such as Damansara. In general, freehold project guarantees a better resale value in future.
(2) Co-living & co-working building concept. This trending lifestyle and living concept is an attraction for young generation & middle age singles. The unit could also serve for both residential and SOHO office purposes, even if you are looking at upgrading to larger unit in the future, The Mate still can be easily rented out due to its high demand and multi-purpose nature.
(3) Low density & mature neighborhood. With only 244 units, and majority are studio units, you are not worry about kids and noises. You can really focus during your work time, as mostly they are only 1-2 tenants stay in your neighbor unit.
