YOLO signature suites is a new development located at Bandar Sunway, next to the Leisure Commerce Square & LDP highway. This project has options of studios, 1-room, 2-room and 3-rooms units range from 440 sf to 2,046 sf. YOLO is expected to be an important landmark with total height of 40 floors. With 14 units per floor, it make up a total of 395 units in the development land size of 1.72 acres.

The objective is to create a green and sustainable building, as the fin façade shades the suites from direct sunlight. In this section, I’m happy to share my insights with you, so that you can have a preliminary understanding if YOLO signature suites could be the property unit that you are looking for.
(1) The next socialtaintment hotspot in Bandar Sunway. Looking at overall development plan of YOLO, it’s meant to build a luxury modern lifestyle for the tenants especially the younger generation. Starting from the grand designed lobby, Bangkok theme sky bar at level 40 and YOLO street which comprises of multiple F&B, leisure and entertainment outlets. We can foresee YOLO to become next important landmark in Bandar Sunway, which will attract more than just the residents itself to visit and enjoy the shopping and eateries here.
(2) Convenient amenities in its strategic location. In nearby distance, we can find all the necessary amenities such as F&B outlets, shopping areas, banks, clinics, medical centre, tourism attractions, colleges, universities and shop lots in the nearby commercial hub. Sunway Pyramid – one of the largest shopping mall in Malaysia is just located 1.8KM away from YOLO.
(3) Excellent accessibility. Bandar Sunway itself is a very well developed and mature city.
